Meditation 101 Beginner’s Tools for Center and Focus

This five week series is designed to give the beginning meditator tools to start a meditation practice or to bring new life into an existing one. We will explore the use of breath (pranayama), sound (mantra) and visualization as ways to clearing and focusing the mind. By the end of the series you will put together your own personalized meditation practice.
No meditation experience necessary. Those with experience may find the tools useful for an existing practice.
Science is now doing studies on the health benefits of a regular meditation practice. Meditation can help us to have better focus, relieve stress and live a healthier life overall.
